One of my new friends
sent me a bunch of DBT books and mindfulness books online for me to start to
do. I've started one of them, I don't know how well I'm going to do it, but I
think I'm going to bring what I've been doing to my appointment for the first to
show them.
DBT stands for Dialectical behavior therapy and its commonly
used for BPD. I’m still not diagnosed but I see no issues with
using the technique and trying to fix/help myself.
My boyfriend has also asked me if I could try some
mindfulness work, and start picking up the skills so I can kind of get more of a feel of people around me. So I'm going to start that as well. :3
